- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I bid by the whole project. Including everything involved, start to finish, and that includes all materials and labor. And a nice and thorough clean up after project completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will show up on time and listen to what my customers thoughts, ideas and views of the project are. Then together we will come up with the plan for the 100% satisfaction of the Shutter Project's Completion. after project is completed the customer and I will go over all the Shutters to make sure I covered everything discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I began in the Shutter Industry in 1993. I have worked in various positions. From the assembly line ,up the ranks to Sales and Design. I have worked for a few Companys that are all still in business today. At the present I work with several Shutter Companies that keep me in the Now of the Shutter Industry and its updates.
