Introduction: My teaching philosophy is try easy, relax, and respect your body, it's the only one you get! I do not work out along with my students, instead I coach them while they exercise. My classes are a positive experience of clear instructions, precise demonstrations, motivational coaching, and praise.
My clients positive results i.e., reduced clothing size, decreased pain, being pain free, more energy, increased body awareness, increased strength, improved posture, improved mood, and improved self confidence.
