- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally initial contact us through email or a phone call. I ask for a physical address and description of their landscape needs. I usually view the location first through google maps or google earth to get a better picture of whatwe will be talking about when we schedule an onsite visit. An estimate is emailed to them usually 1-2 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Arizona State University, University of Nevada Reno and currently learning autocad.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
It would have to be a fairly small landscape design that I designed and installed, I was getting calls everyday lasting 5 months from that one job. It took approx. 2 1/2 weeks to complete the 2,500 sq. ft yard.
