- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our pricing is per project. We found it's more cost-effective for the customer. Most of the projects we do are routine so we have a very good idea how long it will take. There are times where additional time is needed due to unusual nonforseen circumstances. Example recently while replacing a garbage disposal, a tail drain pipe broke off from the wall due to corrosion. If you are interested in our hourly service rate please inquire into how we charge. All projects are not subjected to hourly rates. It is assumed you read and understand our pricing policy before scheduling appointments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all new customers, we go over the scope of the project and make recommendations if needed, before starting the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been in the handyman business for many years. Holds certificates in handyman services and plumbing.
