We offer a monthly fee for the frequency of cleaning requested. We can offer you alternate pricing should your frequency needs change in the future.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down with each new client to go over any special needs which they may have, whether it is a particular service request or timing request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our management stays in tune with the latest developments in our industry. They attend seminars and lectures frequently.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The company I was working in had a janitorial service crew which didn't do so well. One day, I decided that I could start my own janitorial service company and do all the things right which that other company was doing wrong.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We perform routine janitorial service (building maintenance), floor care, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning. We also offer day porter services.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are proud of all our jobs. We enjoy one of the highest customer and employee retention rates in the industry because of the high level of expectations we have and the outstanding work of our very experienced team consisting of customer service staff, supervisory staff, and administrative staff.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the cleaning company about their customer service, whether their employees are English-speaking, and whether they can be reached 24/7 in an emergency.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Many janitorial service companies sell their accounts to other companies once the client signs the contract. We always service our own accounts, ensuring our clients that they will get the quality of service they expect and deserve based on our proposal which they are relying on.
