Got a problem go to Yaeger.Had an older very noisy system with poor air flow to upstairs.The Yeager team took measurements, and really studied our old system.They engineered and installed a totally new furnace/ac system including ductwork, high flow registers and a quiet AC compressor. I am a over the road truck driver (owner operator) and I had a heater problem and I called Yeager. I explained my situation about not being in the state, Yeager said no problem! They were able to fit me in same day, got it going quickly, the service tech "Sly" called me personally and explained what he'd found wrong with the system and got it repaired very quickly! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is for a basic tune up, which includes testing/diagnostics, cleaning, and reviewing for safe operation. We will change your filter if needed, the cost of the filter is dependent upon the size and type of your filter. Repairs will be quoted upon our visit after a diagnosis of what is wrong is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to make a full assessment of the entire system, check for any safety issues and ensure your system is up to safety codes. We will walk you through any of our findings and explain why your system is failing if it's a call for a repair. We try our hardest to do repair before replace, but sometimes replacement is the only way to fix it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are NATE certified, ACCA accredited, and have ongoing training with industry experts as well as CA accredited environmental agencies.
