I have been going to college for a couple of years now, and I finally felt like it was time to get my own apartment. To be honest, I was really scared and nervous because getting my first apartment especially alone was a big step in my life. I had no idea what to do, or where to start looking, so I began to contact some realty companies, a lot of them were sketchy and rude and after a lot of looking I found EZ realty. They changed my whole perspective on the apartment finding process, by guiding me through each step and helping me find the best apartment, with in my price range and liking. I now have my first apartment through EZ realty and I will make sure when I get my first house it will also be through them. They treated me like they actually cared about my comfort, and not just about the money and that is a very rare trait amongst real estate company.

One of the best agents I have ever worked with!!! DJ helped me get in touch with the perfect lender to assist my mom with refinancing her home. My mother seen a major increase in her mortgage payment and screamed for help. DJ provided us with some of the best Direct Lenders in the real estates business and we were able to get my mothers mortgage payment down from $2,300 to $1,400!!! In addition to that, my brother moved from the state of Florida to California and wanted to buy a condo! He found my brother a condo I a matter of 6 days. And then....AND THEN..we closed in 15 days! I flew into Ontario, CA on a weekend in the beginning of March and had only two days to find the perfect house for an April 1st move in. What do real estate agents charge?

Real estate agents typically don’t charge a set rate to their clients, but rather earn a commission on the price of the final home sale. In traditional real estate, there is a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent. The two agents receive 5 percent to 6 percent of the final home sale price and split it evenly, meaning they each earn roughly 2.5 percent to 3 percent of the total home sale. If you are a home seller, you may have fees associated with the sale that are above and beyond the commission the agents earn. The real estate agent may have you pay marketing fees, MLS fees, early cancellation fees, or more.
