FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge for either a one-time service which is good for 30 days or a service on a regular basis (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly) with a clean up fee on the initial service. example: A one-time for roaches in a single family home could cost $75-$125 and will come with a 30 day warranty or you could choose to go with a program like a monthly service. There could be a higher initial price like $75-$125 (this is a clean-up charge to get rid of a pest problems) then there would be a monthly cost of $35-$45 to come out once a month to treat as a preventative. One time services for bees, bed bugs, rodents etc. are the most complicated to price. They usually require an inspection of the infected area prior to giving a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to do continuing education hours annually by the Structural Pest Control Board and the Department of Pesticide Regulations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to help people with there pest problems. After working for the larger pest control companies, and seeing the inadequate service that these companies were providing and still charging there clients, I decided to open my own company. I plan to give each client the best service at an affordable price.
