- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard rates that include the Party Pal, travel, costumes, preparation, and materials. For every 15 children, we require 1 Party Pal. For events that have more than 15 children, we require either an additional hour or an additional Pal. For events of 50+ children we require 4 Pals. We give discounts the more hours or artists that are added to the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to collaborate with the parent and/or event manger. Whether it's a general "I just want to do something fun for the kids!" or " I have a specific idea where the kids look for buried treasure and a ghost pirate pops out to tell them a story." We love to make whatever you wish happen for you. We are incredibly flexible and welcome any and all ideas!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Party Pals are seasoned children's entertainers. We have tons of artists who specialize is so many different areas of expertise, but the one thing that remains common is that all of them have years of experience working with children, teaching, or have degrees in art.
