Hired on Thumbtack

Hired on Thumbtack

I set up an appointment with OC & R to have them come out for an estimate on my two bathrooms. The appointment was pretty early in the day and I had other contractors coming after. Nearly an hour after our appointment time nobody showed up or called, so I text the contractor and about 15 minutes later he text back letting me know he wasn't going to be able to make it out. I found it very rude especially since I could have schedule another contractor for that same time had I known. I will not be reaching out to OC & R again, first impressions mean a lot especially when you will be spending a good amount of money on their work. Jennifer

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure all potential contractors are Licensed, Bonded, Insured, and have Workmans Comp! If they don't have all of these in place to protect you, then you as the property owner WILL be ultimately responsible!
