the first couple of training sessions were awesome, however then I get a personal text telling me he is retiring only to find out that was a lie! So I contacted him again to reschedule a session, and he has completely ignored me and never responded. No communication from him nothing but a lie. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS MAN. Or you could be the next victim to get used to his style then get dropped without a word or explanation, just a LIE. If you do hire this man, BUYER BEWARE.Aug 12, 2019Verified
Ted is a great personal trainer. Easy to talk to. Knows what he's talking about. I'm starting to see muscle gains again. Pick him as your personal trainer.Mar 20, 2017Verified
Ted is an awesome personal trainer. Not only did I lose 10 pounds of body fat quickly...He was super affordable too. My husband and I would go together as a couple and train together. He is so knowledgeable and personable. I can now call him our friend as well...Nov 25, 2015
TED was amazing and reasonable price, he really broke all the information down for me and was very flexible with my packed schedule! Amazing trainer !May 1, 2017Verified
Ted is an amazing wealth of knowledge!! He has trained me in a way that totally works! He has definitely got a system that blows away the competition and gives lasting results. I was a sceptic but he has made me a believer - I have gained more muscle volume and reduced weight in less time. Anyone can appreciate that, right?Mar 18, 2017Verified
