Introduction: We would be glad to help you navigate the insurance claim process - we work on your behalf during the claim. You have the right to hire the company of your choice to work on your property during an insurance claim. At Rewind we would be glad to help with the claim by communicating with vested parties, schedule any required environmental testing, move contents as needed, restore the property (in accordance with IICRC S500 Water Restoration/S520 Mold Remediation Guidelines) and provide all of the required documentation associated with the claim. We had a very satisfactory experience with Daryl Pierce and Rewind Emergency Services. They responded very quickly to our call and Daryl was well-prepared to answer the inevitable questions we would have and also to present to us a preliminary gameplan for our consideration that included the goals to be accomplished, an estimate of cost, a probable timeline and other information that we would need to review. This was based upon his careful review of the damage to our home, with measurements and photos, discussions with us and his in-depth experience. It provided us with confidence in him and a basis for choosing him over our other alternatives. We were then able to spend quality time with Daryl after he devoted more effort to our situation, developing a more detailed plan. This gave us the assurance that Rewind Emergency Services was the company that we should choose. We have no regrets; our positive expectations were met. As an example, the room with the water damage has white oak wainscoting some of which Daryl had to remove temporarily. Daryl of Rewind Emergency Services is amazing! His prompt attention and thorough detail to my slab leak made an awful situation so much more tolerable. His prompt responses to texts and phone calls as well as letting me know the status of my dryout was greatly appreciated. With the damage control that needed to be done, they were clean, careful and protected the remainder of my house from as much dust and moisture as possible. He was helpful with navigating the world of insurance and water damage. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Daryl and his team were very professional and caring in a time that was a little chaotic for our family. We had just purchased our house a few months before and we caught off guard with the bathroom water leak. They responded immediately to our leak and gave great advice on our next steps. They were very concerned about our water damage and made sure that it was taken care properly. Daryl even made sure to be there when the insurance adjustor was on site to go over what needed to happen to replace the damaged area correctly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and making sure that we were taken care of and felt like we were in great hands. These guys did a great job cleaning out our wasteed soil before the plummets could fix the sewer pipe. Grateful that they are honest and straightforward about OSHA policies. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to come and perform a free inspection at a time that is convenient for you. Upon inspection, we will confirm that there is work to be done, and we will move forward with an estimate. Once the estimate is in your hands, we will send you a Work Authorization and begin work to rewind your property to its original condition! If you are submitting an insurance claim for the project, we will work with you on every step of that process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The service technicians at Rewind Emergency Services are fast, friendly, and extremely qualified. Every single person who works on your commercial or residential property has been certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
