- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A $250 discount (off of an insurance deductible of $500 or more) is available for Thumbtack users! Mention Thumbtack at the time of booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to come and perform a free inspection at a time that is convenient for you. Upon inspection, we will confirm that there is work to be done, and we will move forward with an estimate. Once the estimate is in your hands, we will send you a Work Authorization and begin work to rewind your property to its original condition! If you are submitting an insurance claim for the project, we will work with you on every step of that process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The service technicians at Rewind Emergency Services are fast, friendly, and extremely qualified. Every single person who works on your commercial or residential property has been certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
