My wife found Grace Bramlett on line a few months ago. We had been thinking about organizing our house for a while, but never got serious About it. Amazing how much stuff two people can accumulate after living in the same house for ten years! I admit, I was skeptical at first. Grace sat down with us for over an hour and asked many questions about our interests and what we wanted to accomplish. She was very professional and also extremely patient with us. Our first session was in the kitchen. I hauled away over 100 pounds of dishes, cookware and food that we really did not need. Grace gently helped us to go through the stuff. After the first three hours we had open counter space for the first time ever! We are making progress on the rest of the house, and Raven and I have found a good friend in Grace.

Grace has undertaken more than 12 substantial projects for me, sometimes working under extreme conditions, and in every case has managed to produce outstanding results. She always brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to each project and is not afraid to incorporate good ideas even if others come up with them. In fact she seems to be a catalyst that brings out the best in whomever she is working with. She can take charge of a situation by supplying the focus and initiative necessary to get the job done but still leave you feeling like you are always in charge. I tend to be scattered. I'm simply not an organizer but more of a visionary creative type. I call Grace when I want to get quickly focussed and see a project through rapidly and professionally. There is no charge for new client assessments or for travel time. I have more than 13 years of professional experience working with clients in a large variety of situations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have had the initial phone conversation, I'll generally set up an on-site assessment so that I can view the project first-hand, and ensure that the client is comfortable moving forward.

I have earned the Certified Professional Organizer(r) (CPO) designation.
