Chef Alejandra recently catered a wine tasting for 40 people for us in SF. Under less than ideal conditions (crowded room, minimal equipment and high guest expectations) she delivered wave after wave of delicious and perfectly paired food. She was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and I would recommend her and her team without hesitation. Excellent value!

Chef John was great. He came for my daughter's 10th birthday and showed 6 girls how to make and decorate cake pops. He brought all the ingredients making it super easy for me and two hours of fun for the girls. He was friendly and fun, really a great hire. Thanks Chef John!

What I liked about working with Chef Liu was her sincere interest and patience in teaching me, a beginner, to be able to prepare my own good tasting cuisine. Teresa did a wonderful job making Uno (as in the card game) themed cookies for my son's birthday party-they were exactly what I was looking for and more!! I hired Chelsea to bake cupcakes and set up for a baby shower I was hosting. Chelsea helped me select the flavor combo for the cupcakes and they turned out delicious! She was on time delivering them and did a fantastic job carrying out my vision for the set up of the shower. She even did the floral arrangements. I strongly recommend Chelsea for catering or events.     If we could prep dinners for the work week week on the two nights, that would be great (we can heat up pre-prepped meals on the days the chef is not on site). We have a family of 5 (two kids, 9 and 8 years old, plus an au pair) plus a 10 month old baby. Making enough for leftovers for lunch for the week would be great. We like all kinds of meals, but are dealing with kids, too. :-)

    I'm having a wedding in Orinda in early May. Here's the idea: chef and team uses bbq trailer and venue kitchen to prepare a couple appetizers, 2-3 main dishes plus 3-4 sides and serves the dinner family style to groups of 6-8 people. Main dishes ideally are salmon and a red meat, possibly tritip, or something else creative and delicious. Maybe even deer or elk - we have a lot of it sitting in the freezer. Appetizers should include chicken wings, chips and guac, or anything creative and fun. And sides include au gratin potatoes, grilled sweet potato fries, or again - anything creative and fun. I'm very open to ideas and will rely on the chef's creativity and positive attitude to make this reception something to remember - and market your chef skills to mass amounts of people! I'm looking forward to hearing from you ambitious chefs!
