Introduction: My focus is on Holistic health. I want you to feel good as well as look good, naturally. My workouts are challenging but not extreme. My clients tell me they feel very comfortable with me. I love helping people achieve their health goals. When my clients see progress and results it is so exciting! I especially love working with beginners.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    There are many clients out there who are self conscious, intimidated by the gym atmosphere, and/or think they can't afford a personal trainer. Many also think that all personal trainers are hard core drill sergeants. I focus on health, form, & the individual needs of my clients. I am encouraging and patient.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I am not an exercise junkie. There are many days when I have to force myself to do the minimum! On a typical day, I'm not lovin it. But the results are so worth it!
