- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is more reasonable than most of the competition. We are commission based and a typical job will cost $50-$100 to complete based on difficulty. Parts will be ordered at the client's expense but every client will be notified before a order is placed to guarantee their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently attending university at AIU for a bachelor's in IT with a focus in network and database security. The major requires up to date knowledge on a wide range of security related software and diagnostic tools.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Even as children my brother and I have always had a distinct passion for tinkering with and fixing computer related problems. As we grew older we both participated in programs such as computers for classrooms with the objective of honing our skills. Currently Sam is attending university with a major in IT database administration and security which handles alot of issued regarding networks and connectivity. We have both also attended computer science courses at our respective Universities.
