- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on an hourly charge of $85 per hour. I also offer retainer prices which are a great option for a client who needs a graphic designer on a long term basis to keep consistency throughout their marketing materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to sit down with a new customer in person or on the phone and discuss their company in detail. I enjoy getting to know and understand their company - learning about it's past and where they would like it to go in the future. Whether it's brand identity or direct mailing they are looking for, I like to know as much as I can about the individual and their company so I can make their vision a reality that exceeds their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out as a production assistant for a Los Angeles area graphic designer. I then moved on to work at other various design companies such as Roaring Mouse and Patterson Production. After Patterson Production, I took my love for 2D compositing and typography to work at Spectra FX. I was a 2D compositor and worked on pre-visualization videos for companies like Bechtel International- Magic World Amusement Park, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Music Box des Sony Centers in Berlin - "The Beatles Yellow Submarine Adventure Ride" and many more.
