I do not know where I should even start with expressing our gratitude and thanks to The Kitchen Door. There are so many wonderful things to say about the amazing food and excellent customer service The Kitchen Door has provided us. Chef Bettina Katsaros, the owner, prepares and delivers us fresh organic food weekly. Chef Bettina is not only an amazing Chef who prepares us delicious and spectator food she is also so professional in every way, and always on time. Chef Bettina helps us in planning our menus, always asking us for our suggestions. Chef Bettina is also an incredible communicator. Chef Bettina has gone out of her way to fulfill any requests I have made with no questions asked by her. It is very apparent to us she has a love for food and also her clients. We are so very happy to have our meals prepared by The Kitchen Door and we look forward to a very long business relationship with weekly meals and our family parties. We want to thank The Kitchen Door and Chef Bettina Katsaros for all of their efforts in satisfying our menu needs.

We hired Chef Betti to prepare weekly meals for us, and she has been fantastic. Each week we get a menu of delicious meals that are way more sophisticated than I would have time to make. Chef Betti has been extremely accommodating with my many dietary restrictions, and has been able to get creative around making dishes that are full of flavor and packed with nutrition. She prioritizes fresh, high quality ingredients, and we love her food. All the food gets dropped off at our house on the same evening each week, so there's no effort required on our part. We've been working with her for a few months now, and it's a huge relief to no longer have to spend hours cooking every week. Thank you, Chef Betti! Some of the awesome meals we've had that are all dairy, gluten, nightshade, nut, and legume-free: -Triple Mushroom risotto -Chicken piccata -Veal marsala -Maryland crab cakes -Wagyu beef skewers -Sauteed Tuscan Supergreens -Bratwurst breakfast hash w/ yam and carrot medley -Garlic Ginger Pan Seared Salmon -Bison meatloaf (and an elk version too)

Chef Betti and Mario are the best! Chef Betti made her way out and did an extra mile to make everything possible. This is one of my most memorable birthday because of her. I can’t thank her enough. I still can’t get over her Bison Albondigas highly recommended. Thank you Chef! Til next time!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my menu plans are custom and at quote. Unless you have a specific item for me to prepare, I prefer to go over all your wants and need to create a tailor made quote for exactly what you want
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over your needs either on the phone or in person, I create a custom budgeted quote for your review and I send a work agreement specifically outlining my services offered along with payment options and then I make you beautiful food!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from three generations of chefs. I am certified with the National Restaurant Association, The International Sommelier Guild and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition
