It is nurturing and comfortable, not like one of those gym type studios. Free your body and reduce your pain with quality instructors. I love helping people to feel better mentally, physically and emotionally. I love seeing the joy on someones face when they have relief from chronic pain that they thought would never end. I love seeing the joy and enthusiasm from people that have more and fun and expertise in their passion whether it is tennis, golf, hiking, diving... dance, all of it.

I help people with back injuries. I help people who want to feel better and look better. I will train you to use your body differently in your everyday tasks, which will make you feel younger and make pain disappear.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You nee to make sure your have a trained instructor that will give you hands on attention. Just being certified may not be enough. I was certified and mentored by a 4th generation Pilates Master.
