My name is Lana ! 🙏 😇 I am so happy and excited to help you discover the World of Yoga. I will give you a lot of useful information, correct alignments, “how-to” tips, health benefits and interesting facts.
Gradually over time your strength, balance, and flexibility will improve, your mind will be calm and you will find your peace. My classes are for all levels – from beginners to advanced (During the class you will receive variations of the poses so you will be able to adjust your practice).

She is an amazing yoga teacher. Very knowledgeable and patient. Her class is a lot of fun and great work for my body. After class I felt very relaxed and happy. I can recommend her 100% to all yoga practitioners.

Svitlana was an amazing instructor! Our classes on the beach were both calming and great workouts. She helped me improve my posture in difficult positions and even pushed me to hold them for longer, which I needed. I really enjoyed her teaching style!
