Scheer Design provided the BEST design experience for me. Expectations were absolutely blown out of the water - both from a work product standpoint as well as the experience of working with Tanya. Could not recommend more !! I have a 5K sq ft commercial (therapeutic) space that I needed to decorate on an impossibly tight timeline and impossibly tight budget. Tanya was able to create a space that made me cry when I saw the final product. Whereas other designers proposed 1 carbon copy design for each room, Tanya took the time to individually design 12 rooms, so they each felt special and had their own aesthetic. Whereas others proposed sterile corporate layouts, Tanya was able to make our therapy space feel bright and fun and personal. And when others made the prospect of furnishing an entire office in 1 month feel daunting and stressful, Tanya's warmth and playful energy removed all the stress and made it an enjoyable process for me (something I never thought I'd say!).

I can’t express how necessary Tanya was for my move from the Midwest to LA. Tanya took dozens of boxes in a 900 sq foot home and found a place for everything, done so in a way that not only made sense but was beautiful. Tanya also found me incredible furniture and storage devices, which she sold to me for a steal. ALSO, she brought flowers over, during one of our appointments, just to make my day! Tanya, THANK YOU! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on us both being happy. So I don’t charge by the hour. I go by percentage. It just makes sense.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a million questions because I want to get inside their head and see what it is that they need and what they’re envisioning- and then I try to surpass that!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to FSU, then furthered my education at UCLA extension while working for the best interior designers & fashion designers in LA!
