- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on us both being happy. So I don’t charge by the hour. I go by percentage. It just makes sense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a million questions because I want to get inside their head and see what it is that they need and what they’re envisioning- and then I try to surpass that!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to FSU, then furthered my education at UCLA extension while working for the best interior designers & fashion designers in LA!
