Introduction: My work stands out from others because I have good communication between my clients and I. I ask them periodically whether or not there are things they would like me to do differently to make sure I am providing them with great service and that I am making them happy. I love that I get to spend time with many four-legged friends, whether it be at the dog park, at my home when they are staying over night, or with their "moms and dads" while working with them on puppy training or behavioral modification.

Diana was very prompt on being on time. She helped me and my girlfriend out with some behavioral corrections for my puppy. The session was around an hour or so. I was happy with the service, she gave me a sense of direction on how to correct the puppy's behavior and I will continue using her tips. What stood out to me was Diana's enthusiasm towards my puppy and her willingness to help. If I need any more help with training my puppy I will definitely hire/contact Diana again in the future! - Darryl

We loved Diana and so did our pup, Homer! We had just gotten a puppy in the house and were so overwhelmed with how to start training. Diana was easy to talk to and clearly loves dogs. Best of all, she gave us easy, concrete homework to do with Homer every day. When we finally enrolled him in puppy school, everyone was impressed with how well-behaved he was!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Puppy Training: $60 for an hour and a half Behavioral Modification: $80 / hour Trips to the dog park: in the Peninsula are $35 : at least 3x a week: $30

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am extremely proud of the time when a newly adopted dog was able to be calm at home instead of jumping up on her new owner and nipping her arms, where he was leaving quite a few bruises.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish my customers could understand that if someone has the trainer work with the dog, good behaviors are best maintained if the owners and everyone in their family follow the trainers' teachings.
