- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The feedback from previous customers has told us that we have good pricing for the amount and quality of work we provide. We try and give the best price possible so that our customers are happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by setting up a free inspection. Once scheduled one of our technicians will come out to do a full inspection and provide you with an estimate for the work needed to resolve your pest problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed company by the structural pest control board of California. We also have a certificate from the New York Rodent Academy. We make sure we know as much as we can about what we do and stay on top of changes.
