FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The best way to get a price is for me to do a walk through. This way the client can tell me what their needs are in particular and I can give them an estimate of how long it will take as well as the price. Once we have that established we can talk about a flat fee on a recurring basis or a onetime clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with clients, I do a walk through so they can show me particular things they want done, I let them introduce me to their pets or anyone else that is home. I ask questions in regards of what to clean and what not to touch. I try to make the client feel comfortable and at ease.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no formal training just life experience. My mother taught me at a young age how to keep the house immaculate. She taught me how to look for small or awkward places to clean that people don’t usually look for or see, fold towels, make beds, iron clothes, most importantly make sure there is no hair anywhere and to wipe down door knobs, light switches, stair banisters etc… if your walking by these you might as well give them a good wipe down
