Balloon Decorations

Theresa was amazing in creating a great ballon piece for a family dinner. We drove from Santa Barbara county as we rented a home in Indio to help celebrate my mother in law’s 60th. Theresa was great in communicating. My mother in law loved her decoration. She used all precautions due to Covid and she was really friendly. I will be using her services soon as we head back out to Indio to celebrate my little one 1st birthday.

Bartending

We hosted a Bachelorette Party and wanted to spike our bride and guests with great drinks. Lucas was such a great bartender! He had great communication before and during our event. He was a true bartender making drinks from scratch. They were awesome! We had a FRIENDS theme and he helped participating. Thank you so much for being such a great host!!!

Wedding Planning

The best decision we made planning the wedding was to work with Theresa. She is very versatile, personable and possess great skill. Her organization, attention to detail and calming presence were very much appreciated during the whole project. Theresa worked with me the month of our wedding to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, coordinate with temperamental relatives, run rehearsal and set up the day before the wedding and of course bring it all together the day of the event. I would describe her specialty as being able to having her presence known and felt during the planning phase as well on the day of the wedding (things running smoothly, venue looking perfect, etc.) without being intrusive. I really appreciated her help and guidance more than she will know. It was great working with Theresa. I can’t thank her enough.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is very flexible where I can offer an hourly rate or a fixed amount. I try to get a budget and work from there, as there is such a large range that can be spent. I base my cost on hours I expect to spend, however I always end up putting in more time than I bill for. I won’t limit my time based on a quote. I always do what it takes to make the event successful.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to speak with the new clients, preferably in person, however over the phone is fine as well. I listen to what it is they are expecting their event to look like....all the details. After hearing what they want I usually fill in the blanks, little details they might not have thought of so we can adequately plan the whole event.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have taken a course on event planning and through that became a Certified Event Planner. Training has been some volunteer work at events and of course each event I do is further experience. I have done such a variety of events and decor, I’m learning everyday.
