Our experiences with scott started off well though his fees are rather high (10 -15K a month 3 x's that of some other consulting agencies). we got to a certain point where we felt it was time to transition away from Scotts services and that is when we began to experience problems. The system he had put together for us was miss matched and when we came back to him for information that he claimed he had left with the company but wasn't in the files he left he wanted to charge us extra to get us the information. Our Tech support guy said he had sent a number of nasty e-mails to one of our e-mail address he set up regarding our separation from his services. Could not in good faith recommend his services. We also had to shut down an access portal with our QuickBooks designed for our accountants to access it because we were showing evidence of it being used to manipulate information and only three people had access to that porthole the Accountant the Bookkeeper and Mr. Berringer. The Bookeeper and Accountant were the ones that discovered the issues.

Respectfully, this review comes as a surprise, nevertheless, we wish the company only the best of success. Documentation goes a long way in support of services performed for this company. Over a six month period, the firm went from a negative net income to a positive. Statistically, the data demonstrates: 1. Decreased expenses of US $112,000 over previous year. 2. Increased internet visibility by 69.2% by moving existing website, updating links and site information, and revamping internet search criteria; average visit of 6 minutes and 2 seconds per visit was reached prior to departure. 3. Dun and Bradstreet rating change from: PAYDEX® Poor upon start; Delinquency Predictor Class Fair upon start; Financial Stress Class Poor upon start; Supplier Evaluation Rating Fair upon start, and D&B Rating Fair upon start to: a. PAYDEX® Improved within the first four months; Delinquency Predictor Class Improved within the first four months; Financial Stress Class Improved within the first four months; Supplier Evaluation Rating Improved within the fifth month, and D&B Rating Improved within the fourth month. 4. Profit and Loss Previous Year Comparison: (quarter to quarter) Net Ordinary Income of 2,332.6% increase over previous negative period. The positive effort is documented in many additional areas, however the above serves sufficiently. In essence, working directly by request as the Chief Operating Officer for the President/Owner (documented accordingly) garnered respect from vendors, service providers and financial institutions. Consultative billings/invoicing were reduced by greater than 20 percent of direct time spent on the project; only the last month reflected true hours at cost over 10K as the company did not honor its written contract with a 30 day notice. My firm notified all service vendors, consultants, financial institutions and OEM to remove all access’s granted prior to departure and no utilization of confidential information, account or IT system access occurred from us past departure, nor were any communications of a negative nature ever transmitted per company policy. All is supported with official documentation.
