- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job and home is different, pricing is based upon location, number of rooms staged, amount of furniture required, accessibility to home (limited parking, lots of stairs, etc). The initial fee includes delivery, installation and 90 day rental. If needed, there's a minimal monthly fee thereafter. Staging furniture may be purchased outside of escrow and prices are provided upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I preview the home and discuss clients needs, time frame and budget. I will then prepare a written proposal detailing the pieces of furniture and other staging items I have planned for your home. This proposal will include a "to do" list of items that may need sellers attention before market.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed realtor. No certification for "home staging," as I established the FIRST home staging company in Los Angeles area, before anyone had heard of staging!! I am also an investor and have flipped several homes.
