Introduction: We offer private and group instruction in the Pilates method of physical and mental conditioning. Both Susan Salk, director, and Ney Fonseca, senior teacher, are 2nd generation teachers (certified by people who studied with Joseph Pilates himself) and they both studied the work for over 10 years before their teacher training.
