- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most jobs are project-oriented, so each of them have their own unique needs. I am generally providing a "25th Hour" to people who just don't have the time and they need organization.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The customer had published a Craigslist ad for an assistant, THEN contacted me. I "interviewed" the client then developed the screening process for the responses. I picked-up the ball by personally following-up on each and EVERY response, qualified or not. I screened the responses down to 12 candidates who I then pre-interviewed face-to-face, and presented three qualified applicants to the client, in her place of business on a Sunday afternoon. All in about five days. The client LOVED the person she hired. P.S. The follow-up continued for a day or two after the hire, so EVERY single interested person was "touched" by a personal message and treated with respect. The job paid well and it was AWESOME--A GREAT CHALLENGE!
