FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have developed standardized pricing by averaging labor and material costs over years of installations. Each product we offer typically has a set price that may decrease based on overall volume. Each project is so very different that they need to be inspected to understand what process and pricing will be necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process typically begins with a free, in home design consultation. We schedule an appointment with one of our designers at a potential client's home to look over the worksite. During this initial overview we are able to determine what areas the homeowner needs addressed most, how the area will be utilized and what products and designs are most likely to help solve the current problems being experienced.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have decades of experience in the construction industry going all the way back to high school. In 1993 I was able to take a R.O.P. building construction course that earned a certificate of completion in the L.A. apprenticeship program. From there, I spent the next two decades learning while working in different construction fields. I particularly enjoyed the finish carpentry field where I achieved journeyman status as well as the engineering side of construction including concrete engineering and technology. Our staff each have various levels of training and ongoing education that included trips to manufacturing plants, guest speakers, educational meetings and events and on site training.
