- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $40. the average rate for electrical service is $65 to $85 dollars hourly. I also have a set rate for minor electrical services such as plugs , light switches , or light fixture replacement - starting rates - plugs and light switch replacement $20 light fixture $30 fans $65
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A introduction of of who I am then I give the customer some history on my electrical experience. after, I begin to discuss their need for my service once I understand what's needed I presents the customer with the best option possible to resolve their issue I do charge a service fee. if a customer chose not to go forward with my service however they will have an idea of what needs to be done to rectify their issue
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the electrical trade for over 7 years I am registered with the state of California as a Electrical Tech. I currently work for a strong established company who has been in business for over 30 years I have various certificates for completing electrical studies
