- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can begin with a short phone call to identify your issues and determine if I'm the right person for you. Obviously for hardware related problems these are usually done on-site. But in many cases software issues can be addressed remotely using secured support tools where you grant me access to your system(s). If the issues are much larger and require on site inspection we can arrange a meeting where I come to your site.
