Chef Marcel provided a wonderful evening by being at my wife's birthday party and cooking for our guests. His menu he created for our party was wonderful even though it he was on as tight budget. Everyone was amazed by his cooking!
We hired Pam for our wedding, and I have to say that we were extremely impressed with the service and quality of her catering. Our wedding took place in August of 2016, and our family members are still raving about the BBQ! We got the ribs, chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, and every kind of cheese Mac-n-cheese. It was delicious, and her style of cooking provided us with a feeling of “home.” Pam offered many alternatives to best fit our needs, and was accommodating throughout the entire process. She does everything in her power to ensure that she has made your event memorable. Her and her staff definitely went above and beyond, and we would definitely recommend her to anyone who asks (or doesn’t ask, for that matter).
I am very pleased to recommend Chef Travis Pena as a personal chef. I've retained Chef Travis for years to create fabulous dinner parties in the privacy of my home. In our initial interview, Chef Travis asked many specific questions and took notes as we discussed the style of food I would like served. He annotated likes and dislikes. Together we have created several personalized menus. Chef Travis delivers restaurant excellence as he both prepares and serves the meal. Chef Travis is always prepared and well organized with a very positive attitude. Working with Chef Travis each time is pleasant and stress free. Every meal is delicious and precisely prepared. I greatly enjoy leftovers the next day! As a Chef, Travis is professional in every aspect. He cleans efficiently while preparing fine cuisine leaving behind a clean kitchen and delicious food. The only traces of Chef Travis are the lovely aromas and stocked refrigerator. I would highly recommend Chef Travis as a private chef. His service and customer service are exceptional. I hired Laura to teach a series of cooking classes at the school where I am the Director. She is an amazing teacher along with being an incredible chef. My students were constantly asking when Chef Laura would be coming back. Laura came to each session, enthusiastic and ready to cook and teach. She is really creative, and was able to incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables from our school garden! The lessons ranged from soups to sweet baked goods. My favorite cooking lesson included home made pasta with a delicious tomato sauce. I am looking forward to working with her again.
His knowledge was amazing. He was able to breakdown, in an easy to understand way, the science, and the art of cooking. What was also great was that he didn't just teach recipes, he taught the different principles of cooking and because of that I can create great, delicious dishes from scratch, not matter what I have in the fridge. My mind was blown when we covered salads. I didn't know there was another side of salads that made it more enticing and more high class. (see picture below) Overall, Chef Know-It-All is an amazing, artful chef that has the ability to make others fall in love with cooking. He's patient, insightful, and heavily invested in the student's progress and success. Every question I had, he answered. And every hurdle I had, he helped me get over it. Oh and did I mention it was fun! He taught me some flair tricks that the professionals use to make cooking fancy. Now I'm flipping sauces, cooking with big fires, and sprinkling flourishes left and right! I simply can't enough. 5 out of 5 stars for me.

Jessica made a great job at our party, cooking Asian vegan food, 5 small dishes for 30 people. Everybody loved the food, it was simply delicious.We were very impressed by her, and many guest wanted her info. The dessert was to die for, a coconut cream tart. Jessica was very professional to work with - she stepped in here with her prepped food and finished it in our kitchen - calm and efficient. She is very well organized, had planned perfectly ahead and she was sweet and nice to have around at the party.She came with great ideas for the party that wasn't about the food too. We look forward to having her as our personal chef again and can highly recommend her to anyone with those needs!
Run, do not walk, to take advantage of ANYTHING this woman has to offer - cooking classes, ecstatically delicious food, catering, challah, CAKES, meals, WOW!!! It is rare indeed to find someone so talented with this level of integrity, care and love. IF you have a chance to receive any of Betsy's services, consider yourself blessed.
Working with Chef James Buckingham was a blast. He was extremely communicative and flexible with his menu options. My husband and I wanted backyard barbecue for our wedding reception and Oneida’s Cuisine did a wonderful job. Being from North Carolina, I am a little picky about my BBQ but I couldn’t believe how tender and flavorful the ribs and chicken were. Oneida’s clearly put a lot of time and patience into cooking their proteins. Chef James also cooked up some perfect cornbread, potato salad, and macaroni and cheese. The sides could’ve carried the meal on their own! There was also fresh fruit and a delicious hearty salad made for our vegan guests. Our friends and family members were raving about the meal all night. Thank you Chef James!
I've taken a few cooking classes from Aneesa over the last year and they have all been great learning experiences. Her Brunch class with Egg's Benedict was my favorite and I have perfected my own Benedict at home since then. She provides a relaxed setting in her immaculate home and the small groups I've been with have always been great fun! (p.s.- we brought our own champagne)... I would definitely recommend her and I will be taking more classes this year with her. - Michelle
Had my first at-home lesson today. Michelle is a kind, polite, well-humored chef who teaches well. The meal we prepared together was simply delicious. Didn't know I had it in me but Michelle did! Salivating in anticipation of my next cooking lesson with her next week.
My husband and I practice a vegan diet. We both love Vegan Paella which is hard to find in vegetarian and Spanish restaurants here and abroad. When I found out that Sabrina combines both Vegan and Spanish Cuisines, I immediately scheduled a culinary class with her. Prior to her arrival we discussed what type of rice, vegetables and spices I should have on hand. Sabrina accompanied me to the Spanish store to purchase the Paella pan as well. Within the first few minutes of ingredients sautéing in the pan, my olfactory and visual senses were awakened with a jolt! The smell and look of the creation in progress got better as the prep continued. I wanted to taste a little bit quite often and had to sneak a spoon into the pan like a sleuth intruder. Sabrina was very patient answering all my questions and injected humor into the class. We laughed and it was a joyous experience all around. As she explained Its all in the Soffrito. The Paella was the best Ive ever eaten and feel confident that I can make it myself. I highly recommend Sabrinas cooking class for anyone who has a hankering for Spanish food.
The classes Raw vegan food are fenomenal. Ron teaches with expertise. He answers questions and shows his techniques in the kitchen. The flavor combinations in his food are amazing and he always created new recipes. I really enjoy learning from him.
I have used Joseph several times and have always been extremely happy with everything he does. His food is delicious and his presentation is outstanding. I highly recommend him for all types of gatherings!
My food allergies are too many to count. On top of allergies, I don't eat meat. I had spent my life eating bland, boring food... always either tasteless or with a weird taste! :( Until I found the I CAN'T EAT ANYTHING CHEF! She is not only the nicest person I have ever met; she also delivers the best food I have ever tasted straight to my door!!! I have NO IDEA how she does it :) How she manages to make so many different delicious meals specifically tailored to my diet and my needs. She is the best cook ever!!! Her vegan tacos are the best!!! And I love her barbecued tofu, her ingenious fruit, nut and vegi salads and her mouth-watering desserts! The best part? None of her food makes me sick! I can eat flavors again and feel like the luckiest gal in the world to have discovered this gem of a chef! Highly recommended. A+++++!!!
Christina clearly has a passion for nourishing people with healing healthy foods. It is very inspiring to see her work her magic in the kitchen as she seems to have an endless supply of energy! From juicing and smoothies to baked goods, she had full spectrum experience. Raw or cooked her food is vegan with love!
Teresa took time to understand my needs and what I wanted to get out of my experience with her. She also spent a lot of time personalizing our day together and being thoughtful about how to schedule and plan it all out so that I got the most out of it. I learned a ton of tips since we went through the entire process, from picking out my ingredients through preparation. Teresa was willing to answer any question (no matter how silly) I had along the process and adjust to any changes I requested. Teresa is really knowledgable and experienced, as was evident throughout my time with her. I would 100%, no doubt, hire Teresa for many more cooking experiences/classes in the future. I definitely feel more confident in the kitchen after spending a day with her.
