I'm an entrepreneur and my (now) wife is an elementary school teacher - safe to say we thought we could handle planning our wedding on our own - and for a while, we were successful. Then 3 months before the big day we realized how in over our heads we were. We scrambled to find a wedding coordinator on different websites and after talking with multiple agencies, we ended up going with 3 Little Birds. And it made all the difference. On many occasions my wife and I have said out loud "Wow. We would've been totally screwed were it not for Jessica, Dustin, and Carly." And we mean it. From scheduling ahead of time, to coordinating vendors and directing the entire day to perfection, their team's expertise and positive energy made our day the special memory that it became. Their pricing is incredibly fair, they overdeliver, and if you're like us and think you can save a few bucks by doing it all on your own - you could not be more wrong - especially if you have 120+ attend your day. Of all the expenses we incurred for our wedding, this one had the greatest return on investment. Michelle was an absolute godsend. We were planning a wedding for about 150 people at a venue where we had to bring in absolutely everything - from the chairs and silverware, to the outdoor kitchen, dumpster, and trash bags. Needless to say, there were a lot of moving pieces that needed to be pulled off within pretty precise time frames. Michelle and her team were up to the challenge, and exceeded all expectations. Not only did she create and execute a meticulous timeline for the day of, but she went above and beyond in every way. She made herself available to our questions whenever we had them and shared with us so many invaluable pieces of wedding planning wisdom she's picked up during her extensive experience as an event planner/coordinator. She had ideas and insights that we never even considered, and even offered advice that helped us cut down on costs in several areas of our budget. She was also our lifesaver in the weeks leading up to the event, completely managing all vendor communication and double checking our work so that we could use he time we had left to shore up all the small details and complete last minute DIY projects. The day-of flowed so wonderfully, and during the few times there were hiccups, Michelle was already in problem-solving mode by the time I noticed them. She was also always composed and centered, and served as a calming presence for us during what could have been an otherwise very stressful day. Joanne and her team were amazing to work with. They're a newer company and ready to go above and beyond to make your day happen. She was responsive and thorough, which made wedding planning less stressful and fun! She gave my husband and I a lot of options and were able to work with our budget without compromising the things we wanted. She connected me with a local florist and videographer. Their services exceeded my expectations and were great to work with as well. Joanne also arrived early on the day of my wedding to make sure the vendors were on track. Michelle and Eimee were absolutely wonderful to work with! I was a bride planning my wedding from Maryland. I was really worried about the floral arrangements because I was not in California until a couple of weeks before my wedding. Michelle and Eimee always kept me in the loop and consistently communicated with me via Skype and email. They researched flowers that would complete my vision and fit within my budget. Jessell and Perfectly Events were exactly what we wanted. I had been planning the wedding from the beginning and knew that it would be better to hire a coordinator for the month leading up to the wedding. My wife and I instantly liked Jessell when we met with her as she was punctual and was really on top of her game when it came to answering all our questions. The month of the wedding, she was effectively communicating not only with us but with our vendors, making sure that they were coming and that they were ready to perform. Then on the actual wedding day, she was awesome. During the church ceremony, we had a nightmare of a church coordinator (appointed to us by our church) and Jessell handled her well. She was also really helpful for small things such as helping pin the flowers and finding a replacement ring bearer as some of ours went MIA. For the reception, she really allowed us to enjoy the wedding. We even got to eat the food and cake (which Jessell and her assistant actually delivered to our table!) I can have a type A personality, but thankfully, Jessell was there to make sure the event went smoothly and on-time. I also have to compliment her for the extra steps she took such as in the decorations and food delivery. She really went above and beyond and my wife and I are so happy she was involved in our wedding. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering having a month of coordinator.

When I start thinking about planning for my wedding, like all the other bride-to-be in this world, I panicked. There is simply SO MUCH THINGS that you need to consider. Why does wedding need to be so hard and complicated? So, I was enthusiastically looking for a vendor who can provide this service, and guess what? I found this amazing vendor called Eventive Moments. At first, I was worried because it’s my first wedding and I wanted everything to be perfect. I showed my concerns to them, and one of the coordinator was a newlywed and she told me about her experiences, very up-to-trend, and communicated with me a lot (and very responsive too!) to find out how I want my perfect wedding to be. I also requested many stuff, but they were very professional and flexible about my needs. Because of their help, I had my perfect wedding and I would like to thank Eventive Moments for their hard work. I totally recommend them!

A&D was so great! We hired her for a Thumbtack event for our LA pros. We didn't really have a vision for what we wanted, and were planning the event from another state. She went and walked through the space and made some great recommendations for what would look good. It looked so great! Rachel is a lifesaver. Hiring her to coordinate our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. We could not have done it without her. She's extremely professional, always responds timely, she knows the business inside and out, she has an endless list of vendors (all of which were also amazing), and on the day of she literally blew our minds with her decorating skills. Laura was great to work with! At first I wasn't sure that I was going to add a day-of wedding coordinator to my budget but after my first phone call with Laura, I knew it was essential. She's an expert about event set-up, timelines and catering so I immediately felt at ease and knew that if I hired her I could relax and enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about the details. Laura and her assistant Jody were essential at our wedding - they gracefully handled everything behind the scenes and made sure it was a perfect day for my husband and I and our guests. I hired Brittany and Betty, mother/daughter super team, for my garden wedding this past weekend. They were superb. I requested a lot of quotes and spoke with a lot of coordinators prior to choosing Fou de Joie; I choose them because from our very first conversation could sense they were very organized and meticulous with the details, a must for any successful event. They were extremely communicative throughout the process ensuring that all the small changes were recorded and planned for.
