FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing details are fully disclosed under "PRICING" on our website. We are open, fair and honest about our pricing. There are no hidden agendas and if you like we can cover all the pricing by phone with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we first confirm that you have bed bugs, either by photo ID for free, or a K9 scent detecting bed bug inspection. We provide as much information as possible by phone. If bed bugs are confirmed we set up an appointment for extermination. In order to do this we ask the following: What is the square footage of your home? Do you feel the bed bug infestation is isolated to one room? Are there any other bed rooms directly adjoining the room that is infested? How many bed rooms are in the home? What are the sizes of beds in each bed room? You will need a quick description of each bed, whether it has an upholstered headboard? are their drawers in the frame of the bed? is the bed articulating? Do you know if your couch or other furniture is infested? Do you have carpeting in the bed rooms? We will talk to you about your particular needs and make suggestions for complete remediation of bed bugs, whether it be one room, two rooms or whole home. We will give you prices for the various extermination options. Our work is all custom to your particular needs. Believe me, each home is different. But, we will always use heat. We will always use a non-toxic spray that causes bed bugs to die over the long term. We always encapsulate mattresses and box springs with soft cloth encasements and we always isolate your bed from the floor with special devices under the feet of the bed. Last but not least, we always educate on how to avoid infestations in the future.
