- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on menu items served, type of service and duration of service. I am able to offer different options in order to help meet the clients budget. If you reach out through our website be sure that you mention Thumbtack and request Susan. Me =D
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to have a phone conversation to discuss the details of the event. Catered Too typically builds custom menus for our clients. We do have some packages available.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a Catered Too family member since 2011. I began as an on call wait staff person I was always reaching out to the staffing manager for events to work. I really enjoyed working events. Eventually I was promoted as a full time staff member. I did cafe deliveries, worked in the warehouse then I serviced daily lunch accounts then I became an event manager to production assistant then production manager finally landing as Sales and venue manager for Catered Too at The Computer History Museum. I really enjoy my job and the experience that I gained moving up through the company has proven to be very valuable.
