He put in extra time to not create any new patch/paint jobs. He installed an outlet for a water leak detection system in my crawlspace (and connected it to an outlet he converted to a GFCI compatible one in the room above so I wouldn’t have to go to my crawlspace to reset it if something tripped). We realized after I hired him that there was no attic access above the ceiling where I wanted a fan installed. In my other homes, they cut the ceiling and walls open in several places to access/feed wires. Ricardo did not - I have a new fan and no patchwork/painting to deal with because he took double the time to access wiring through speaker/other openings already existing in my ceiling. He’s magic! His pricing is very fair for the quality of work he provides. He’s extremely communicative, punctual, cleans up meticulously after himself. He always has a smile.
