It's our first time dealing with a contractor as this is our first home. I have to say, Ohad and his team has met all the expectation I had.We hired Greenberg for a general contracting job that involves popcorn ceiling removal, hardwood floor installation, complete lighting overhaul, attic insulation reinforcement and conversion of gas fireplace to electric. Ohad has been very responsive to my questions and concerns and would always keep me in the loop via texts and calls, even in evenings and weekends. We met in the house for progress inspection and partial payment for completed jobs every few days and Ohad was punctual every time. The communication has been great and Ohad ensured we always knew what was going on and what was going to happen next.Considering that we were busy with work when the renovation was ongoing, Ohad bought us components and rough materials he recommended (and we approved) several times, which we later reimbursed him for with clear records. He even managed to find moldings and trims for our hardwood floor through his own sources when the store we purchased the floor from didn't have any in stock (and would not in the future because the specific kind of wood was no longer exported). Needless to say, this saved us a lot of time and trouble and the result looks fantastic.Overall, Ohad and his team has done a great job completing the work to my satisfaction. I have high standards and they had to revisit several times to take care of the details. But they did, without any complaints or additional charges. Ohad is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy and there is no doubt I'll work with him again for future remodeling needs.

We hired Greenberg Construction to do a full kitchen remodel and also a partial remodel of the rest of our home. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Everything looks fantastic. Ohad and Ginadi who led the project couldn't have been better to work with, they were both extremely responsive and very friendly to work with. All the workers who were here were very professional, and did a good job to work around all of our pets which was important. We have a guest bathroom we plan on remodeling later this year and we will not hesitate to use Greenberg again.

I hired Greenberg Construction to remodel my dad's bathroom, which was in serious need of updating. The old bathroom had black mold and was in real bad shape. Since this was a different location than where I live. I had to arrange for Greenberg to meet me in Palo Alto, at his home. They were always on time and I was very impressed with the service level. They provided me with a detailed estimate and timeline of the work. I didn't have the time to shop for tile or a vanity and/or pick things up. I wanted them to do everything. They would text me pictures and I was able to provide input and approve. In the end, I was very happy with the results. The bath/shower looks fantastic, the tile floor and the new vanity, everything looks great. I plan to use them on future projects as I continue to remodel the home. I would highly recommend these guys.

In a tough, high-demand and low-supply construction industry full of unscrupulous contractors who cut corners and don’t put in their full effort, Maor and his company stands out. Maor is a genuine good guy, honest and keeps his word, and is dedicated to the project and client 100%.
