During my time working with My Family Lounge, they have primarily provided finance and business services. Our team member, Claire, is extremely professional, taking her work very seriously, always being prompt and responsive, and managing through considerable ambiguity on our end. She is capable of handling issues independently while at same time she stays in close communication with us to ensure desires are met. Her work has been extremely valuable and she has built personal relationships with many of our vendors and partners.

    Our pricing is based on our two membership packages: recurring projects or one-time projects.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When we receive a new client, we first conduct a virtual consultation during which we will start to understand your needs and preferences to ensure you get the most out of your My Family Lounge membership. From there our client must choose from the two different memberships that we offer: our project-based membership, perfect for someone who needs an extra set of hands to help with one-off projects when in need, and our recurring membership, perfect for the busy family needing everyday support! After learning their preferences and needs, our clients are matched with an experienced Lifestyle Manager who will be their main point of contact and project manager.

    Our team is comprised of individuals in the United States with over a decade of personal assistance and vendor recruitment experience, to provide you with a well-rounded experience from start to finish.
