Our pricing is based on our two membership packages: recurring projects or one-time projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new client, we first conduct a virtual consultation during which we will start to understand your needs and preferences to ensure you get the most out of your My Family Lounge membership. From there our client must choose from the two different memberships that we offer: our Basic membership, perfect for someone who needs an extra set of hands to help with one-off projects when in need, and our Premium membership, perfect for the busy family needing everyday support! After learning their preferences and needs, our clients are matched with an experienced Lifestyle Manager who will be their main point of contact and project manager.

Our team is comprised of individuals in the United States with over a decade of personal assistance and vendor recruitment experience, to provide you with a well-rounded experience from start to finish.
