Introduction: I own EmpowerFIT Boot Camp located in Palo Alto, San Carlos, and San Mateo, we run early morning outdoor boot camp programs at parks and schools. I also personal train and run a few small group classes in my home based gym in Menlo Park. If you are looking for a group setting, want to get your workouts done before your day begins, and have fun while working out.....EmpowerFIT is for you! We never do the same workout twice, the muscle groups vary daily, and the coaches create a challenging, dynamic workout. All fitness levels are welcome in the classes. Contact me for a free trial week at any of our 3 locations. If you are looking for one on one type training or a small group class (less than 10 people), personal training would be the route for you. I train my clients in my gym and outdoors using TRX, RIP Trainer, Medicine Balls, free weights, and more. Workouts are different every time and are very effective in working multiple muscle groups a one. All sessions are 30 minutes, they are fast paced so you get a lot done in 30 minutes. You will leave dripping in sweat! Contact me about receiving a free class (Tuesday Butts and Guts 6-6:30pm or Sunday Body Blast 9-9:45am). I have always loved being active and working with others. When I was younger, I was a competitive cheerleader and cheer coach. I thrived in the team environment and working with my teams and push them to be better every day! So it was an easy transition into fitness after I retired from coaching after 16 years. Fitness allows me to still work with people towards a goal. Seeing my clients hit milestone along their journey to health and happiness is the best job ever, so rewarding and inspirational.

No matter if you haven't worked out in your life or looking to change it up, Kelly Scott has what you are looking for. Nothing like an early morning bootcamp workout to start your day! I have been going to EmpowerFit for about 7 years. I have 4 kids, work full-time, and go school so my 5:30am workout in the park gets my day going! Kelly is a great bootcamp coach. She motivates, pushes you and makes you want more. She is great about following up with us if she hasn't seen us in awhile. Oh don't think you get off the hook if it is your birthday. She remembers everyone's birthday and you get to do some FABULOUS birthday burpees ;). I do have to say, the way she promotes health and fitness it ends becoming a habit and a way of life! I couldn't imagine not having my morning workout... and I don't plan on giving it up anytime soon! Thanks Kelly for everything!

I have had the excellent good fortune to train with Kelly for seven continuous years. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable regarding physical fitness in general, personal training, nutrition, and goal-setting. Thanks to her efforts, I lost 25 pounds in less than one year while gaining muscle tone and mental acuity. I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough. She is exceedingly pleasant to train with. She has a genuine desire to see her clients improve their fitness levels and reach their goals. She is driven to help her clients attain excellent results, and thankfully she is flexible when circumstances -- such as illness or work demands -- require a modification to one's training schedule or routine. I hope that I will be fortunate enough to train with Kelly for many years to come. P.s.: Kelly also has an awesome husband who occasionally trains with us. He has muscles in places where most guys don't even have places. And they have one of the best dogs ever. ;)

I have been working with Kelly for over 5 years now, and she has been the one to keep me moving! I've had many ups and downs with my health, diet, and exercise over the years, and she has been there to support me through it all. I believe that you cannot manage what you don't measure, and Kelly has consistently measured my progress over the years. Just last week we re-measured weight and body fat measurements and my chart has shown consistent loss of fat and inches year over year. Consistency is the key to long term success, and this chart showed it! She's in it for the long haul, so if you're looking to change your body and your health for good, then call Kelly!

Kelly Scott has been my boot camp coach for 7 years. In that time she has brought her A game to class every single morning with a brand new, challenging workout. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable about anything and everything fitness related and incredibly encouraging. I look forward to boot camp each day because I know I will receive a fantastic workout with a coach who cares about my progress.
