Introduction: Hi, my name is Mandy Li, and I am the coach behind The Strength Collective. I began my journey in personal training in 2012. After working at a corporate gym for 5 years, I branched out and started my own company. The Strength Collective began when I combined my passion for movement and strength training with my love for teaching and helping others. I wanted to create a place where you can come as you are and work on yourself - in and out of the gym - with others who want to do the same.
At The Strength Collective, we train with purpose. Prioritize movement quality over quantity. And of course, get strong.
