Latest Review: I've been going through cycles of setting up a gym schedule for myself and then failing to follow it. I've run through a few personal trainers in the past year or so, and can honestly say Dima changed the way I look at fitness. It was hard to motivate myself before, and I wasn't seeing improvement. Dima taught me about the whole fitness lifestyle, from plannjng my diet to getting the perfect form in a deadlift. I've seen more results in my 12 weeks with Dima than I did in a year at my old gym. And, going to the gym is fun for me now because of Dima's relentlessly positive, goal-oriented training style. Thank you, Dima, for giving me the personal training experience I always wanted.

Latest Review: I've been training with Joe for a little over 2 months, and I train with him twice a week. Joe is GREAT! What I like about him is that he knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. He is outcome focused, and I've been able to see continual improvement from my sessions. He always ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a personal trainer, then Joe is the man for you. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.

Latest Review: I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally. I would recommend him to anyone no matter what stage of fitness you are. He has set a great foundation for my future goal. Can’t thank him enough. If you need to improve your health and fitness Ron is your guy.

She is one of those trainers that geniunely cares about making you a better version of yourself. I love that she takes the work outs anywhere...her studio, the outdoors, any place can become an excercise forum. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a different approach to health and fitness.

Latest Review: My husband and I have been working with Adam for almost 3 years now. He is an excellent personal trainer. He pushes you to improve while, at the same time, making sure to be careful with injuries or aches and pains (like bad knees). He knows how to give you a well-rounded workout and is very knowledgeable about the proper use of gym equipment. We can highly recommend Adam as a personal trainer.

Latest Review: You will get a great workout with this trainer!  He has tons of experience as a professional athlete, coach and personal trainer so he can accurately assess your abilities, help you determine your goals and tailor workouts to help you achieve these goals.   Though many clients seek Sean out for his basketball workouts and triathlon training, I was looking for an experienced trainer that wasn't going to give me the same old boring workouts with weights and machines.  In our sessions after a cardio warm up we would do an assortment of exercises - some of which included Bosu ball burpees, pull ups and push ups with the TRX, the ropes, dogsled running, tire flips, jump rope, ladder drills, high kicks over hurdles, sprints, mountain climbers, leg lifts, shoulder weights, box jumps and sprints... there are many many more in the mix but you should try a session with him to see for yourself. I was training with Sean for over a year before I got pregnant; he helped keep me healthy throughout the nine months by adjusting my workout to fit my needs and then kept me motivated and disciplined with our workouts to a point where I felt even more fit post pregnancy.  On top of all that he's hilarious and will have you laughing in between sets.  I would still be working out with him now if he hadn't moved to CA!

Latest Review: I was referred to Dante by a friend who highly recommended him after training with him for a few months. I was hesitant because I hadn’t trained in a very long time, gained a lot of weight and didn’t want to feel and look dumb. I had run into Dante a few times and he always had such a calming energy that I finally decided to put my fears aside and give it a shot. Best decision I made. Dante is positive, motivating, fun, and very knowledgeable on how to work with different body types. I lost more weight and inches in the first month than I have in years. I’ve trained for months now and we’ve never done the same exercise twice. He knows how to shock your body into shape! If you are looking for a trainer that knows how to get you in shape and makes you feel comfortable while doing it Dante is the guy for you.

Latest Review: Recovering post achilles tendon surgery I was in dire need of a personal trainer. I met Ana Barroga. Recovering from such a massive surgery I was so limited with my range of motion and stability. Even though I had so many limitations, She knew exactly how my body worked (weaknesses & strength) mechanically in one session. She really takes the time to get to know her clients and what they really would like to achieve with working out. She takes her clients goals, but makes them 10X bigger & better. Her personality & technique is very structured but she is also extremely supportive and ethusatic about each and every one of her clients stories, goals, & milestones. Working out has always been a challenge for me growing up with Cerebal Palsy in my left leg. Post surgery, I thought I would never be able to bear weight on my left leg, never be able to jump, never be able to run without a limp. Training with Ana over the past couple of months, I have reached all those goals. I can now jump, I can now run and put full weight on my leg. If you want a trainer that is super attentive, and will go above and beyond to make sure you achieve your goals and dreams. You have found the right one! I would highly recommend Ana and Barroga Fit!
