With Belong Upfront you: 1. Sign, hand us the keys and start getting rent immediately, regardless of vacancy. 2. Get a full year of rent upfront as soon we find someone who loves your home. 3. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The Visit: We'll get to know each other and your home, and capture a few key data points to power our pricing and recommendations. 2. The Recommendations: Leave nothing on the table. Based on our visit and market data, we'll make recommendations around pricing and improvements that maximize the long term value of your home. 3. The Prep'n'Shoot: We'll make your home sparkle, capture data on every nook and cranny, and do our best-in-class multimedia shoot. All to attract the best residents. 4. The Broadcast: With the power of our network, your home is seen everywhere. We'll cast a wide net, screen every application thoroughly, and do personal interviews with the best candidates to find the perfect fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a team of experienced professionals backed by venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz and the former CFO of Blackstone, one of the world's largest private equity firms. Our founders are MIT and Stanford graduates. One of our distinctive offerings is the Belong Pros. They are full-time maintenance technicians that take care of your home at the click of a button. We provide ongoing training and development for our Belong Pro team. This includes technical skills and customer support. Our Belong Pro screening process: - Rigorous application process: includes technical exams, onsite interviews, and on the job assessments - Vetted for quality and reputation: we only accept seasoned maintenance technicians, and conduct background checks, criminal record checks, and drug screenings. - World Class Customer Experience: veterans in customer-facing experience and ongoing training and development.
