Introduction: We are passionate about working with small businesses and start ups achieve their ultimate result whatever that may mean to you both on a business and personal level. The first step to doing this we've found requires you to gain clarity about and defining what a successful outcome looks like and then developing an actionable, doable plan to help you get there. We have extensive experience developing business plans, consulting with small businesses make process, people, and operational improvements, resulting in a significant, positive impact to their bottom line. In addition we help our clients develop strategic plans that more effectively create and keep customers while doing it in a sustainable and profitable way. I enjoy most of all helping growth minded folks achieve more of their potential by making the most of their strengths while doing what they love and making a positive difference for others. Part of the challenge that small businesses and start ups face is that due to their limited resources and personnel, the owner is most likely wearing multiple hats and often spread too thin, consumed with the day to day working in the business and not much time or energy left for the all important work of "working on the business". In addition, the overwhelming distractions of too many competing priorities and not being clear about the true essence of their value proposition and their ability to deliver through their core competency often hinders their ability to focus on the things that matter most. Our clients have found that by working with us they are able to gain the clarity needed to enable them to better focus and achieve the things that matter most.
