Introduction: Melanie Hamon reverse-engineers the hiring process to help clients get their foot in the door of their next company. She works with clients to identify where their skills and interests intersect with the employment market; she designs and writes compelling resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles that accurately represent clients’ experience and skills, in a highly marketable style and format. Melanie combines experience-based, practical advice with personal insightfulness and empathy to empower her clients. INSIDER'S ADVANTAGE. Formerly a corporate recruiter for technology companies, Melanie found that many applicants were well-qualified for positions but did not present themselves well on paper or in person. She also noticed that the hiring process was often subjective which could result in the favoring of some applicants over others regardless of qualifications. This led to her founding CareerCoach Pro in order to help clients to present their best selves and strategize around career barriers. ADVOCATE. Melanie is a natural advocate and is widely commended as being welcoming and encouraging to her clients. She is fascinated by people and is effective at assessing their unique strengths and how they can maximize their potential; Melanie is especially empathetic to people going through what can be a potentially stressful job search process.
