- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies from site to site as we build completely custom sites for each customers. We do not use generic templates over again. Each site is customized to the needs of each client. After the initial phone call or meeting where we get the information we need, we formulate a written proposal with a custom quote. We do not charge any monthly or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our web design process breaks down into 3 stages: Stage 1: DISCOVERY - We learn everything we need to know about your vision and your business. We also research your competitors. At the end of this phase we provide you with a timeline and launch date. Stage 2: CORE BUILDOUT - We design and build the site. We provide you with a private link where you can view the progress in real time and offer feedback along the way. Stage 3: REVIEW & TEST - We test every aspect of the site before launching the website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has wide variety of training and education in a variety of areas including graphic design, business marketing and management, web development, SEO, grant writing, and Adwords certification.
