- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not standard. I charge based on the size of the business. If you are a small business I will not charge you as if you were a large business. I work with smaller budgets and honestly I prefer to work with smaller businesses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start off with screening each other over the phone to see if the interest is mutual first. Then of course meeting with them if person if this is possible. I personally like to experience the product whether tangible or intangible so that I can create real energy when coming up with creative ideas. It helps to touch, taste, and or feel the product that my client is marketing. I also love to listen. I want to hear what has been working for you and what you love about your business and why you got into your field. This gives very valuable insight into how I should move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Social Media Marketing University Training. Hands on training with websites, restaurants, blogs, and more. I am always obtaining continuing education to keep with the ever changing world of social media.
