Bill helped mediate our divorce settlement. He provided support and understanding for both of us as we worked through an oftentimes painful process. Where necessary, he was able to refer us to other professionals who helped us to complete the process. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone who needs mediation services.Dec 10, 2019
Bill is a divorce mediator and as such, he plays lots of roles in the settlement process. I found him to be kind, knowledgable, organized, highly professional - and fair, on financial matters, child custody and all of the other twists and turns. As bad as it sometimes gets, it was better for me with Bill. I highly recommend him. However, Bill, I hope I don't do business with you again :)Oct 11, 2018
Bill was a great asssett during my divorce. His approach was compassionate, he walked me throughout the difficult mine field of the legal system and he was very responsive. Also, he was very affordable and there were no hidden costs. I recommend his mediation services to anyone going through a divorce.Feb 11, 2015
Bill made the unsettling experience of divorce quite comfortable thorougout the entire process. We both felt our individual needs were met as well as those regarding our child. Bill was a consummate professional who made sure both parties felt "listened to," which, made getting a final settlement agreement finalized, that much easier. I would recommend him to any one of my friends or family (though I hope I never have to).Jan 23, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is simple. I have a free 15 minute phone conversation with each party to determine the appropriateness of mediation. Then, if we go forward, I charge a private session fee to each side of $175 that covers the initial consultation to meet and learn what you need. This session usually last 1-2 hours. Then my actual mediation sessions cost $650 per session and run up to 3 hours. This way clients know up front how much they will spend based on the number of sessions they need. In addition, I offer packages that greatly reduce the cost of the session fees, and include all of the court documents and final agreements needed to get divorced in California. This is the most cost effective option for most clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As a Mediator I attend major US conferences from organizations like the Southern California Mediation Association and the Academy of Professional Family Mediators in order to stay on top of the best practices in my field
- How did you get started doing this type of work? After watching friends and family members go through long emotionally and financially draining legal disputes I wanted to help others avoid this path. Thats why I become a mediator.
