Liz went above and beyond as a day of coordinator. We had a few of our vendors drop out and Liz provided us with a reliable list of vendors. We ended up using the DJ she recommended. She also attended our food tasting because I was sick with the flu. On the day of, Liz had two assistants with her. They were just as professional and attentive as Liz. I have to be honest and say that I initially thought that I didn’t need the services of a wedding coordinator. I’m a great planner and I figured I could save some money and do all of this myself. What was I thinking?!?.... Obviously, I wasn’t. Do not ruin one of your most special days by thinking you can do it all yourself because trust and believe, the stress will catch up to you. I hired Liz for Wedding Coordination Services. After seeing everything they did on my big day, I can definitely say with confidence that this was the best decision I could’ve ever made. Liz helped me with my perfect Wedding Coordination. I could not be more grateful for the professional support her entire staff was able to offer on my big day. She was able to provide me with safety and reassurance on the outcome of my wedding. I had no pre-event pressure. Her assistant Maeline was exceptional to say the least, not just overseeing logistical matters -- but also providing support, a wealth of ideas, insights, opinions, and more. Their prices are very reasonable and I am utterly grateful that I was able to find this amazing team to help execute everything I envisioned for my big day. I opted for the day-of coordinating services, but Liz offered so much more. She visited my venues with me, offered advice and recommendations, and checked in with me often with meetings and phone calls. I had concerns about family drama and she said she would take care of it. Obviously she did, because on the wedding day, I didn't get wind of any drama going down. She was on top of all the scheduling, setting up timeline, working with my vendors, and keeping us on schedule. She transferred items from our home to the church to the venue. She set up and tore down. She packed up everything and packed up our car for us. I'm sure we had glitches throughout the day. But I never knew about them. Liz took care of everything. My friends and family were able to enjoy the day without being saddled with tasks. Most importantly, my hubby and I had the most amazing day, without a care in the world. Whatever people threw at me, I just sent them to Liz. She shielded us from everything and we were thoroughly able to enjoy the day. And not only did she take care of us the time leading up to the wedding, and on the wedding day itself, she also checked in with us after the wedding to make sure we were ok. Some minor issues came up and Liz was still working on stuff for us. She is still helping us with recommendations and referrals, even 4 months after the wedding! She is so easy to work with, she has a great, friendly energy, she always put me at ease. Having her a part of our wedding was the best decision I made. The hubby was reluctant on hiring a coordinator, but even he admitted at the end of the night that we could not have pulled it off without Liz. People asked me how I was so calm on the day of.
