Latest Review: Last winter I was fortunate enough to meet Paul and start my physical training program. I approached Paul with the lack of motivation to push myself to the level I desired. I wanted drastic results. I was ready to sculpt my body into top shape after having my second child. Although I am accustomed to weight training and competed in Division I college sports, I was a novice to Paul's style of training. I am constantly challenged by his weight training workouts which are infused with explosive squats, plyometrics, and sprints to name just a few. After six weeks, I had achieved more than I would have thought possible. The benefits included: a substantial drop in body fat (my leanest yet), increased overall body strength and energy, accelerated stamina, stabilized mood after recently having a baby, and sound sleep. After two years, I still look forward to each workout, and prepare for each session like I am pitching in the college world series, as he continuously keeps me guessing by introducing new skills and methods to keep my interest.

Latest Review: I had no idea what to expect when I started looking for a personal trainer. I just knew I had to do something more than join a gym, and never go. Taking the free assessment session with Hugo was one of the best things I have done. You can definitely tell that he knows what he is doing. He is always well organized, hardworking, and dedicated to you, and your training. He's extremely patient with you, and always encourages you too. You are also provided with a meal plan that is easy to follow, and instructions for cardio training as well. In the past year that I have trained with him, I have lost over 30 lbs, and 4 inches off my waist. Not to mention I feel much better, and am stronger physically. I couldn't have done it on my own, and I don't mind paying for the help to get there. Hugo always works with your schedule, and is pretty accommodating. He truly cares, and wants you to succeed. You definitely get what you pay for, and it's worth it. If I didn't relocate up North, I would still be training with him today. If you want the best, train with Hugo!

Latest Review: Jeremy and I had our intro class and he assessed my level to gauge what training progression he can give me. He’s very pleasant and totally understood what my goals are. He also said highly informative things about how muscles work and what the moves are supposed to be targeting. He made me do some exercises that got me winded already and then he said “imagine that but 3 rounds of it for the next sessions”. Exactly what I want and need. I am excited to work with him and to get whipped into shape.

He has helped me in my journey so much and I have truly become a better person because of him. He gives out amazing workouts for every fitness level and really puts you first. Not only has he helped me grow physically, but also mentally, and for that I am so grateful. All in all, I would recommend him to anyone. He is a great guy with a lot of passion for what he is doing. I am so lucky to have found him!

Latest Review: Michael Jennings specializes in fitness training that is tailored to meet the needs of every client! He is a skillful observer of each client's ease of movement, level of strength and endurance and designs workouts to address the needs. He will challenge, adjust, cajole, be a cheerleader - literally do whatever it takes to attain goals. I love every workout with Michael, even on the days when I think he is truly diabolical!

Latest Review: I've been through a few trainers in the past couple years, and Jeff Paquet has definitely been the standout. His workouts cover a wide range of muscle groups, while simultaneously getting a great cardio workout. This has done wonders for my weightlifting goals. Jeff's obvious passion toward exercising and training makes each session fun and effective. I always get the feeling that he wants me to reach my goals as much as I do. I call Jeff a trainer and a friend. Definitely recommend him.

Latest Review: I worked with Chris out of his home 3 times per week for about a year when I was 19 (13 years ago). Even then, he had amazing equipment, was a great motivator and, more importantly, I knew I was in good, safe hands. These days, I stick with mostly resistance training but what I learned from him proved invaluable because it shaped (not only my 19 year old self) but how I manage a healthy lifestyle as an adult too! Every element of my muscle toning I use today stems from his core teachings, from maxing out on a properly executed pushup to even his warm-up broomstick twists! My time with Chris was not only about the 15 extra pounds of muscle my scrawny teenage self worked up to, it was about self discovery, learning how to work fitness into your busy life and how just a little bit, done right can greatly affect your mental state as well. I suggest everyone give Chris' sessions a try but especially recommend teenagers go as well. A better more dedicated trainer, mentor and friend you will not find.

Latest Review: First and foremost Jason is amazing to look at!!! Besides that fact, he's a great personal trainer. His workouts are intense and will leave your body sore, but without hard work you won't see results right? I recently started with him and I honestly admire his dedication to his work and his knowledge of fitness. He's a great person to communicate with and does help me nutrition wise. If you don't chose Jason as your PT, your pretty much insane. I lacked motivation and he continues to push me past my limit. He's just an overall an amazing individual and I would recommend him to everyone.
